How Do I  Contact You?

How Long Does Shipping Take?

Shipping times depend on the item.
Our made-to-order items include printed T-shirts, Art Canvases, mugs, and some jewelry pieces.  This category of item is made once you order and shipped from the United States. The pre-shipment process can take 1-2 weeks, but please understand at times it may be longer (peak holiday season).  
For other accessories and home wares we source items globally, and the time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
  • Processing time: this includes order verification, quality check, handling, and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. The manufacturer processes the orders, which takes an additional 3–5 days.
  • Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from the warehouse location to the final destination.  US orders are shipped by ePacket. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 12 - 20 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer depending on holidays and geographic accessibility.

Please note, if you purchase multiple items, they may ship from different manufacturers and arrive separately.   

 

Where's My Order?

Your estimated delivery date is in your Order Confirmation email – please allow until this date for your order to arrive. During holidays--both US and International--there can be unavoidable delays. 

If provided by our shipping partners, your tracking link will be able to provide up to date information on the status of your order. To determine if you order has a tracking number, please log into "My Account" and view your order. If the status shows "Track This Order," click the link and you’ll be able to follow your parcel's progress. If the status shows "Shipped," your order has been sent with a postal service that isn’t trackable. Most of our items will be supplied with tracking #s.

If your estimated delivery date has passed and you haven’t received your order, please contact us and we will work to track the package and give you an update. 

 

What about Refunds or Replacements? 

If you have a problem with your order, please contact us so that we may rectify the issue.  We accept returns 30 days after receipt.
