Shipping

We deliver to customers around the world, and we work to provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to our customers.

As we use international shipping partners, the time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts.

  • Processing time: Order verification, quality check, handling, and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. The manufacturer and China Post process the orders, which takes an additional 2–4 days.
  • T-shirts, mugs, and art canvases are custom made and printed to order here in the United States. Please allow up to 12 days before shipping.
  • Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the final destination.  Please see product details as some orders ship from the US and some are from international partners.  After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 7 and 15 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time, depending on weather and holidays. International delivery is approximately 15–30 business days.
Returns
  • Should you have a problem with your order and need to return an item, please contact us. We will do our best to satisfy your request.
  • Generally, if there is a defect, we will offer you a replacement or refund your money.
